Following the publication of the two judgments arising from the
Browne case yesterday, today has seen the publication of the House of Lords speeches from the
Douglas v Hello! appeal. This scion of the lengthy saga is primarily concerned with the tort of economic loss (and as such was pursued by
OK! rather than the Douglases, but it may contain relevant comment. For the meantime see here for commentary (
