More on undercover filming in schools
Earlier this week I commented on the case of Angela Mason who was facing charges of bringing the teaching profession into disrepute having filmed pupils' behaviour surreptitiously. Quite coincidentally, while working on another project today I've happened across another similar case from July 2005. That instance resulted in an application for a preemptive injunction the day before the Dispatches programme was due to be aired. The injunction was refused (see Leeds Council & ors v Channel 4 Television Corp [2005] EWHC 3522 (Fam)).
